Customer Center Causes CM Core Dump While Changing CSR Password (Doc ID 560509.1)

Symptoms

Customer Center hangs because of a core dump in the CM, after the password of a CSR account is
successfully updated and search another CSR account (not closing the first in Customer Center) and try to open it in Customer Center.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Open a CSR account in Customer Center
2) Update password of this account - success
3) Open another CSR account (not closing the first)
4) Customer Center hangs (CM core dump)

The CM pinlog gives the following core stack trace:
