The Mobile Service Supervisor logs on to Mobile Station and the Field Order list is launched by double-clicking on a crew in the crew subsystem. The crew's orders are seen but breaks and Periods Of Unavailability (POUs) do not appear.
Typically, a Mobile Service Supervisor wants the ability to see breaks and POUs for their crew. A supervisor cannot accurately reassign or redistribute work if they do not know when the crew is scheduled for a break or if the crew just had a break.
