Goal

 HOW TO HAVE ACTIVE PRODUCT(S) WHEN THE SERVICE IS INACTIVE?

Business Case:

If the customer service is suspended (say for Abuse) we still want to charge the customers recurring/usage charges incurred when the service is set to Inactive.
