Customer Center Disabled The Deal Customization Tab When Creating An Account (Doc ID 560698.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The deal customization tab gets disabled in Customer Center when creating an account with a plan which:

1. has nO account level deal
2. has a service deal which is set to be mandatory customized
