Goal
In BRM 7.3.1 documentation, it states:
If you set up delayed billing, delayed events can borrow rollover from the 'current' cycle even if
events from the current cycle have consumed the rollover.
Should this be:
If you set up delayed billing, delayed events can borrow rollover from the 'previous' cycle even
if events from the current cycle have consumed the rollover.
