Error: Invalid Value Received for Field BI_PROC_SEQ, When Using Customer Class - Bill Eligibility Plug in Spot In CCB v2.1.0 (Doc ID 562496.1)

Symptoms

When a custom java algorithm is plugged in the Customer Class - Bill Eligibility plug in spot and
the Base Batch Billing (BILLING) was submitted, a system error occurred calling method invoke on
class com.splwg.ccb.domain.admin.customerClass.CobolCustomerClassBillEligibilityAlgorithm_Impl .

When a Cobol program was plugged in the same spot, no errors were encountered.

The following error appears in the log file:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Plug in a java algorithm in the Customer Class - Bill Eligibility Plug In Spot.
2. Run the Base Batch Billing program (BILLING). The Batch run would end and the Batch Run Tree would contain system errors.
