Symptoms

After cloning Oracle Applications the following error occurs when running the Demand Planning cycle (xx is the plan ID):

(IOSEC04) File ODPDIR/MSDxx_dpbatch.log does not exist or cannot be accessed.
In ODPCODE!DP.LOG PROGRAM: then outfile append &joinchars(_path 'dpbatch.log')
In ODPCODE!DP.LOG PROGRAM: signal errorname errortext
In ODPCODE!DP.BLD PROGRAM: signal errorname, errortext
