Sub-Inventory Is Not Getting Netted In An ASCP Plan
(Doc ID 563252.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 02, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version 11.5.10.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
A. Newly defined sub-inventories are not considered by the plan.On-hand quantities from these sub-inventories are not getting planned.
B. Netting a sub-inventory on source is not making the sub-inventory nettable on destination or making a sub-inventory as non-nettable on the source is not making the sub-inventory as non-nettable on destination.
Since the sub-inventory is made as nettable or non-nettable on the source we expect the same on destination as well. When the sub-inventory is manually made as nettable or non-nettable in the plan options then the things are in sync with source. Why? The expectation is that if the sub-inventory is made as nettable or non-nettable on the source after running the collections we expect that the sub-inventory should automatically become nettable or non-nettable on destination also. Similarly if a new sub-inventory is defined we need to get the sub-inventory automatically considered by the plan. This is happening only for the existing plans. If a new plan is defined then the things are working fine. What is the reason ?
