Extra Sub_Balances Created for Usage Rated Via Radius (Doc ID 563361.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

After an account is created and in the same day using the resource via RADIUS application, BRM
creates a new sub-balance with positive resources and no expiration date,as you can see in the following flist.

In this case, BRM should not create a new sub_balanceas and it should be :

2)start radius
3)generate authentication
4)generate stop session
