TMS Html Browser Autologin Not Functioning

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On TMS 4.6:
If trying to use the TMS 4.6 auto-login functionality, the HTML browser login page is displayed
asking for User Name and Password.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When TMS 4.6 autologin link is used, the user should be automatically logged in to the TMS HTML
interface.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure opaapps46\html\launch.htm file to enable Auto-login functionality;
2. Configure oracle_as10gr2mt\j2ee\opa\applib\oracle\pharma\opa\bc4j\common\bc4j.xcfg file
to add the user name and password for auto-login functionality;
3. Go to Oracle Life Sciences launch page and click on the TMS link configured for autologin;
As a result of this action, the TMS User Name and Password are requested instead of
automatically login.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the Customer is unable to complete the implementation of the upgrade to TMS 4.6.
