When user logs into RDC Application (after providing log-in parameters and clicks 'Ok') on the log-in screen, user gets FRM-92101 error, and then system cannot connect to the server.
User can successfully log-in to Oracle Clinical and RDC Admin, but not into RDC Application launch.
To launch RDC application user uses rdclaunch.htm
