MSCFNSCW Sales Order Collected But Missing In ASCP Planners Workbench After Plan Run (Doc ID 565033.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Users find that after running data collections and an ASCP plan with plan option Planned Items = Demand schedule items and all sales orders, there are 5 sales orders for some item which show up in View Collected Data but do not show up in the ASCP planners workbench - MSCFNSCW - after the ASCP plan is run. Furthermore, no item data shows up. The query in the workbench says no data found. Other items with sales data show up as expected in the ASCP workbench.

Note that both the problematic sales order and wip discrete job for the item do show up in the View Collected Data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect all sales orders are included in the plan run.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Data Collections
2. Launch ASCP plan
3. Review Data in the ASCP planners Workbench
