Clean Up Transactions Directly From The Database

This document outlines how to delete transactions from the IP Service Activator (IPSA) database if it is not possible to start-up the Policy Server. This may be due, for instance, to a single corrupt user transaction.

NOTE: The transactions table should never be truncated using SQL access direct to the database, the recommended method is to use the UI to clear the transactions archive (by setting the archive limit to 0).
