Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.3.0.0.0 version, Prepaid subscribers with a balance lower than their Credit Limit cannot receive any calls.

Here authorization fails for these calls. Although, there is no balance impact in case of these MT(Mobile Terminated) calls (zero charge), 'PCM_OP_TCF_AAA_AUTHORIZE' returns Credit Limit exceeded error.
