When trying to clear logfiles for pipelines (rtp, aaa gw) with e.g. "pin_ctl clear all", some of the log files will not be cleared when RTP registry parameter "NumberOfRTPipelines = 2" is set.
As per the  logfile "pin_ctl.log", script "pin_ctl" tries to clear file "rtp_run_pipeline_RT.log"
but the registry for that RTP generates files "rtp_run_pipeline_RT.log0" and "rtp_run_pipeline_RT.log1".

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Create RTP registry with parameter "NumberOfRTPipelines = 2" and run function "pin_ctl clear all"
