When migrating account which has start date (i.e. Effective date) before BRM installation date (i.e. backdating account creation), it is not possible to rate old CDRs (dated between effective date and installation date).
Pipeline rejects these CDRs with error code ERR_CUSTOMER_NO_VALID_PRODUCT error.
