-- Problem Statement:
In Customer Center under the Balance tab when displaying item charges for events, the following
fields are empty: Called No, Non-Currency, Volume Sent and Volume Received for both volume and
duration charges

In Customer Center
Goto Balance Tab
Display Item Charges
