Changing Contact Info Automatically Reset The Language To English_US (Doc ID 566792.1)

The Language (LOCALE field) automatically gets reset to  en_US/English(US)  when PCM_OP_SET_NAMEINFO is called or when contact info is updated  in the Customer center.

Reproduction Steps:

Create an account through Customer Center with the account LOCALE( Language) set to English(Canada) then change the contact info and save, the Language (LOCALE field) gets automatically changed to en_US/English(US)
