Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version: 7.3.1
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Unable to add a account as member of more than one /group/sponsor object.
There seems to be a unique constraint in database on object_id0 on group_sponsor_members_t.
The two sponsor groups would not be sponsoring the same product/rate_plan.

-- Steps to Reproduce
1. Create account S1 and make this account owner / parent of a new sponsor group (SG1)
2. Create account A and add this account to the above group SG1 as a member.
3. Create account S2 and make this as owner / parent of a new sponsor group (SG2)
4. Try adding account A to SG2 as a member. It would not allow.

-- Impact on Business
It is required that any account be member of multiple group/sponsor. Some of the critical business
functions are based on this feature.
The two sponsor groups would not be sponsoring the same product/rate_plan.
