Symptoms
The customer uses the Oracle provided Collection Cartridge (CC) to do a router scan. The data is then passed to a customer-developed program, which uses the Cartridge Design Kit provided by Oracle.
When the NAR is processed, a java BufferOverflow exception is encountered, and the NAR is not processed.
The size of the NAR seems to be the determining factor, triggering a low level error inside the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
