MSCPDP Planning Data Pull Errors : ORA-04052 Looking Up Remote Object / Release Of Planned Orders From The ASCP Planners Workbench Errors: Cannot Connect To Source Instance (Doc ID 567827.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to release Planned Orders from the ASCP Planners workbench, the following error occurs.

Cannot Connect to Source Instance.. Please check the connection to source instance.


----AND ---

When attempting to run data collections the MSCPDP module: Planning Data Pull errors with the below error:

ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object APPS.FND_PROFILE@PXXMIC_TO_PXXMII
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
ORA-02063: preceding line from PXXMIC_TO_PXXMII


Both are due to the same problem with dblink PXXMIC_TO_PXXMII

STEPS:
1. Navigate to Responsibility Advanced Supply Chain Planner.. Planners workbench.
2. Release Planned order. Above error occurs.
3. Navigate to Responsibility Advanced Supply Chain Planner.. Collections > Standard Collections.
4. The Planning data pull errors with the above error.
