Unable to Import Blank Values to Attribute (Doc ID 569896.1)

Symptoms

Unable to import blank values to attribute.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into Java Client as admin, and enable Page Two.Text01 field and List01 field for Parts.

Add list with value A, B, C to the List field.

2. Log into Web Client, and create Part P1and P2.

Add value to Page Two.Text01 field and List01 field for both of the parts.

Add value 'A' for Page Two.List01 field.

3. Create import data source file with below information

Part NoPage Two.Text01Page Two.List01
P1    
P2 Replace B

4. Run Import to update the item with data source created in step 3.

Result: P2 get  Page Two.Text01 and Page Two.List01 updated, but P1 do not get Page Two.Text01 and Page Two.List01 set blank.

Fact:
This feature / functionality used to work in Agile 8.5
