Symptoms

Unable to retrieve attachment due to Distributed File Management (DFM) or client in a different domain from the application server

Unable to retrieve file attachments successfully

Unable to checkout file attachments successfully

Unable to get file attachments

Fact: User URL include a fully qualified domain names.

Fact: The File Server URL and File Server Locator URL in Admin IFS Locations must be qualified with domain names.
