Execute_profiles Failing With Errors. (Doc ID 577430.1)

Symptoms

On 7.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to run the Execute_Profiles procedure it fails with an error message

ERROR
Execute_profiles failing with:

ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
Error in PROCEDURE EXECUTE_PROFILES line 117

dynamic_ddl( 'BEGIN rolling_updates; END;')

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Execute_Profiles procedure as part of their twice monthly process

(Note that in this case the client was running the execute_profiles procedure as a stand alone procedure.  Traditionally, this procedure is called by the insert_units procedure that is run at the beginning of the Demantra Batch Forecast run).

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot record previous forecast values  and thus can not accurately calculate forecast accuracy metrics. 

Execute_profiles is the procedure that calls rolling_updates which executes the Rolling Data/Snapshot process in Demantra.
