Goal

Q1: Can you explain the functionality of the Parameter "Billing Centre ACK Timeout" of the DMS-MSC NRTT DC?

The AMA Cartridge guide says:
"The Billing Centre ACK Timeout is the time, in seconds, the DC waits for the Billing Centre to acknowledge it has received the end of the file."

But what will happen if no acknowledge is sent to the DC?

Q2: If the NRTT-DC receives no acknowledgment from the billing Center, do the DC resends the last packet before it raise the alarm "Failed to receive ACK from BC. Try later..."? If yes how often do the DC resend the packet in which intervals (is this configurable or hardcoded?)

Q3: If the NRTT-DC has raised the alarm "Failed to receive ACK from BC. Try later..." what will happen then? Do the NRTT-DC resend the last packet? When do the NRTT-DC resend this package? Is this configurable or hardcoded?
