This problem can occur on any platform.
There is a related to poor pipeline performance during startup when module FCT_SocialNo is configured
Configure around six million entries in our IFW_SOCIALNUMBERS table and configure the pipeline registry to use this module.
The startup takes hours (~7-8 hours)
