FEMAPPR - FEM Approvals
In Profitability Manager 11i, when you submit a Mapping Rule for approval, the following unexpected error occurs:

Note: You must have the profile option FND: Diagnostics set to Yes for your user to get the exception details.
When you click on exception details, the following errors exist:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Insert": SQL Statement " INSERT INTO FEM_WF_REQ_OBJECT_DEFS(OBJECT_DEFINITION_ID,WF_REQUEST_ID,PREV_APPROVAL_STATUS_CODE,OBJECT_TYPE_CODE,CREATION_DATE,CREATED_BY,LAST_UPDATED_BY,LAST_UPDATE_DATE,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN,OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER) VALUES (:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8,:9,:10)".
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FEM.FEM_WF_REQ_OBJECT_DEFS_PK) violated
Before submitting this rule for approval, you had manually set the APPROVAL_STATUS_CODE column in FEM_OBJECT_DEFINITION_B from "SUBMIT_APPROVAL" to "NEW" because the approval process was not working and you needed to access the Mapping Rule.
