On 7.2.0 in Production:
After a forecast run that creates a new forecast in column FORE_(n), the GET_FORE_ROW function returns the correct FORE_(n) value as shown in FORECAST_HISTORY, but the worksheets show the previous value for FORE_(n) in the Forecast Detail dialog.
After the batch engine run , the worksheet for new members will display the latest forecast
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run forecast on a set of data.
2. Add more members and data to system.
3. Run forecast again.
4. System does not recognize the latest forecast
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot display or compare forecast values for new members..
