Values for Field Created Through GRC Manager are not Saved When Populated (Doc ID 579103.1)

Symptoms

You have created a custom field and list of values through the Configuration Admin tool in GRC Manager for the Controls page.

The field and list of values appear on the Controls page; however, when you select one of the values and click Save, the value selected does not appear as the saved value.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
Create new LOV in GRC Manager. Select Refresh button.
Create new field and associate new LOV. Select Refresh button.
Refresh the Database Views.
Edit a Business Process. Go to the Controls tab, and edit a Control. Select a value for the LOV
for the new custom metadata field. Save the change. Look at the Control again, and you can see
the selected value was not saved.
