On installing BRM 7.3.1 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and while running pin_setup for the first time, an error is thrown just before the dm_oracle is about to be started. Have also tried recreating the database instance as well as reinstalling BRM 7.3.1, still the error persists.
The trace is as below:
