System assigns a different Dispatcher Name When SR (Service Request) Is Created From GIS Interface (Doc ID 579313.1)

Symptoms

The system populates the DISPATCHER column with different values depending on how the Service
Request was created. The system populates the dispatcher field with the Default Name from the
user profile when working within the application. When the Service Request is created using the GIS e-Map interface, the system populates the dispatcher field with the Username from the user
profile. Having two possible values in the Dispatcher field makes it harder for the Users to
search out the service requests they created.
