Symptoms
Network Discovery 5.1.0 allows the user to provision a list of devices to be polled, stored in an external file, instead of through the GUI. When the feature is used, however, an exception is thrown, and the scan thread is killed. The system thinks the scan is still running, however, The only remedy for this situation is to restart the Admin Server and Node Manager, after which the application runs correctly.
