/Accounttool/Araccess Permission with Read Only Level does Not Work as Expected (Doc ID 579884.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When /accounttool/aracceess is set to Read-Only, bill details and option to view the invoice is not showing. It is showing only when /accounttool/aracceess is set to Read/Write Permission level.

Per  BRM ( Billing & Revenue Mgmt) documentation, when /accounttool/aracceess is set to Read-Only level, user should be able to view bill details link and view Invoice.
