Account Notes in Customer Center Got Overwritten

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In case where two CSRs have the same account opened in Customer Center, after the first CSR added a note, if second CSR added another note, the first note will be overwritten.
Steps to reproduce
a. Open same account in two instances of Customer Center
b. Add note in instance 1
c. Add note in instance 2
d. Check the notes and notice that the Note added in step b is missing
