Goal

FCT_ExchangeRate does not seem to work correctly after upgrading from 7.2 to 7.3.

Below discrepancy may be observed :

For ASS_CBD_RECORD_TYPE = 991 in rated EDR, there should be 2 records:

CHARGE_CURRENCY_TYPE = H
CHARGE_CURRENCY_TYPE = R

But there is only one: CHARGE_CURRENCY_TYPE = H
