Voucher Topup With Multiple Resources Does Not Impact Balances Correctly (Doc ID 601342.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

If a voucher product for 100 USD and 100 free minutes is applied to a balance group that already has a currency balance of 200 USD and a free minutes balance of -200 , the balance due for the balance group after topup will be reduced to 100 USD which is fine, where as the available free minutes will be -100 instead of -300.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create an account.
Check the balances.
Create a voucher deal.
Purchase this voucher using PCM_OP_PYMT_TOPUP opcode.
Check the new balances after topup.
