Pcm_op_subscription_ordered_balgrp_bulk_modify Is Throwing An Error (Doc ID 601770.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

If an account that is already part of a Charge Sharing Group, is added to another Charge Sharing Group, the opcode op_subscription_ordered_balgrp_bulk_modify throws an error.

Consider the below sample scenario, that can lead to this issue :

1) create account_1 with 'Standard GSM' plan
2) create account_2 with 'Standard GSM' plan
3) create account_3 with 'Standard GSM' plan
4) through Customer Center, on account_1 , create a new Charge Sharing Group[call it csg1] , using the 'Standard GSM Charge Share'
5) through Customer Center, on account_2 , create a new Charge Sharing Group[call it csg2] , using the 'Standard GSM Charge Share'
6) through Customer Center, on account_1 , I go through 'add members' to add the account_3 to csg1
7) then from testnap , execute the opcode 3769[op_subscription_ordered_balgrp_bulk_modify ] with below flist :

1 PIN_FLD_SERVICE_OBJ POID [0] 0.0.0.1 /service/telco/gsm/sms 261061 0


8) through Customer Center, on account_2 , I go through 'add members' to add the account_3 to csg2
9) then from testnap , execute the opcode 3769 with similar flist like above to hit the error as below :
