CTM commands line wrapped when invoked from OSM (Doc ID 602308.1)

-- Problem Statement:
Cannot apply configuration using the CTM API.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Activation of CTM templates is getting rejected when it is applied using CTM API. In this case the CTM API is called from an Oracle Communications OSM automated task.

However, the same template is successfully activated and installed when it is applied from the IPSA GUI and a stand-alone java function call of CTM activation API.

When looking at the template that is generated there are extra newline or carriage return characters being added to the command.  These extra newlines cause the configuration to fail when it is applied to the router.


The problem occurs when the function call is invoked from an automated class of Oracle Communications OSM.
