Symptoms

CM throws an unexpected error while rating a CDR, whose subscription was backdated on closure - before the CDR date.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.  Create an Account with line and purchase a plan on 01-Sep-2008
2.  Purchase Deal provided (attached) on the same day
3.  Pass a set of CDRs on 10-Sep-2008 for calls made on 09-Sep-2008
4.  Cancel the deal with Backdate set to 08-Sep-2008 on 11-Sep-2008
5.  Rerate the same CDR (passed on 10-Sep-2008) on 25-Sep-2008 using the following command:
     pin_rerate -t 09/01/2008 -a 1491246
