The following error occurred for VlanInterface Config Policy:"Vlan trunks Ring 1". The error message is
seen on all switches:

The steps to reproduce are:
1. Install Patch 3 on top of IPSA 5.2.3 GA build 224
2. Startup the system
3. Create a VLAN tagged Config Policy
