Recently Changed PORTAL/AERS Password, Now Reports Fail (Doc ID 602993.1)

Goal

Recently changed  password  for aers/portal users.

Now, while generating reports from AERS, the first report runs and shows as completed. However,
when you try to double-click on the report, it says Report not ready/available. Also, all
subsequent reports get queued up.

The completed pdf report does exist in the reports cache folder on Reports server -
D:\oracle\AS10gR2mt\reports\cache.

Also, the reports do not get into the Portal - in 'AERS Reports' portal folder.
