Goal

Q1.  Where can the default ERT values that are based on device class and control zone be set/updated?

Q2.  How can the initial ERT(Estimated Restore Time)/ETR be turned off? Can this be done by zone? E.g. District-A is in storm mode but District-B is in normal rule-set mode. District-B continues to get ERT on receipt, but District-A does not.

Q3.  The system-wide default ERT (global ERT), set from the Work Agenda Actions menu, affects all zones. Can this be configured by zone?
