ASCP Plan Output - Forecast Consumption Not Working With Forecast Set From ERP Source Instance (Doc ID 725986.1)

Symptoms

Users are testing inline forecast consumption in ASCP. They are using two different organizations in an EDD constrained plan. One organization is using an ODP Demand Planning forecast. The consumption of this forecast is working fine per the users. However they do not see the consumption occurring for the MRP forecast that's attached to the other organization after
rerunning the plan. Example plan setups:

Plan Details - Constrained EDD Mfg plan 28 Days/26 weeks/11 periods
Spread Forecast evenly
Consume by Forecast Bucket is enabled
Explode forecast is enabled
Backward Days = 5
Forward Days = 10
Include Sales Orders is Enabled for both orgs in plan
Org1 is using FCST (from MRP) - does not get consumed with inline consumption
Org2 is using ODP - gets consumed with inline consumption


STEPS
1. Setup ASCP EDD constrained plan with two organizations
2. One organization has a demand plan attached and consumes fine after running the ASCP plan
3. One organization has an MRP collected forecast and appears to not be consumed when running the ASCP plan
