Rerating Fails During The Best Pricing Process (Doc ID 726095.1)

Symptoms

During the best pricing process, the re-rating step failed. In fact, the products search cannot find the initial products.

The warning messages in the CM.pinlog file:

 
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  April 10th 2007 (pin_virtual_time),  create an account and purchase a Best Pricing deal
     This deal contains :

- default deal
  > Product - Monthly cycle forward (3600 Free Seconds = 24€)
  > Product - Pipeline Single rate plan
  > Product - Monthly cycle forward (14400 Evening & Week-End Free Seconds = 10€)
  > Discount - free seconds consumption
  > Discount - Evening & Week-End Free seconds consumption
- alternate deal 1
  > Product - Monthly cycle forward (7200 Free Seconds = 33€)
  > Product - Pipeline Single rate plan
  > Product - Monthly cycle forward (14400 Evening & Week-End Free Seconds = 10€)
  > Discount - free seconds consumption
  > Discount - Evening & Week-End Free seconds consumption
- alternate deal 2
  > Product - Monthly cycle forward (14400 Free Seconds = 48€)
  > Product - Pipeline Single rate plan
  > Product - Monthly cycle forward (14400 Evening & Week-End Free Seconds = 10€)
  > Discount - free seconds consumption
  > Discount - Evening & Week-End Free seconds consumption

2.  April 27th 2007 (pin_virtual_time), send Usage (6300s with National B Number)
     No Evening & Week-End Free Seconds consumption
3.  May 1st 2007 (pin_virtual_time), run billing (pin_bill_day)

Actual Result:
No adjustment were generated

Expected Result:
The system should switch from Best deal to the alternate deal 1
