Symptoms

RDC 4.6

The following error :

'Error'
RDC has encountered an unexpected error. Please logout and try again. If the problem persists, please contact your help desk

appears when going to the Casebooks tab > entering some search parameters and pressing the [GO] button. In this scenario CRFs which have been Verified or Approved would get returned in the Search.

The following error appears in the 'log.xml' file
