Symptoms

7.3.1 documentation states that: -

"..The XML SchemaDefinition (XSD) format changed in Portal 7.3. Therefore, you must update your price
list to the latest format. Updating your price list format is a two-part process that you perform during different stages of the upgrade process:

Step-1: At the beginning of the upgrade process, you download your price list from the Portal 7.2 database and convert it into flist format.

Step-2: At the end of the upgrade process, you reload your price list into the upgraded Portal 7.3 database. The loadpricelist utility automatically converts your price list into the 7.3 XSD format..."

Here the problem occurs at step-2 while converting the flist data into XML format using
loadpricelist utility. Here the target xml file doesn't contain the following entries:

<cycle_end unit="day">365</cycle_end>
<usage_end unit="day">365</usage_end>
