Symptoms

RUM_NAME is not populated in ASSOCIATED_CHARGE_BREAKDOWN after MainRating.

If the RUM_NAME is not populated in ASSOCIATED_CHARGE_BREAKDOWN, it is also not populated in RUM_NAME of ASSOCIATED_INFRANET_BILLING.

Also it appears that even after populating RUM_NAME in ASSOCIATED_CHARGE_BREAKDOWN (using an iScript) after MainRating the ASSOCIATED_INFRANET_BILLING may not have the RUM_NAME populated.

RUM_NAME is used in some custom tiered rating iScripts. If it is not populated, it causes the tiered rating to fail.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. On 7/1/08, Create account with Standard GSM plan, primary currency Euro.
2. Purchase additional deal that has rate plan of Delayed Telco GSM Session.
3. Change TELCO/GSM/TELPHONY number to 0049100077 for example
4. Restart Pipeline after modifying wireless.reg for the following three blocks:

EdrDump_MainRating_post
    {
        ModuleName = FCT_EdrDump
        Module
    {
        Active = True ///// change from False to True
        FileName = ./data/dump/MainRating_post.dump
    }
    }
    AddInfranetBillingRecord
    {
        ModuleName = FCT_BillingRecord
        Module
    {
        Active = TRUE
        CurrencyType = R
        CurrencyDataModule = ifw.DataPool.CurrencyDataModule
        ItemAssignDataModule = ifw.DataPool.ItemAssignDataModule
        AccountDataModule = ifw.DataPool.CustomerData
        BalanceDataModule = ifw.DataPool.BalanceDataModule ///// add this line
    }
    }
    EdrDump_AddInfranetBillingRecord_post ///// add this block
    {
        ModuleName = FCT_EdrDump
        Module
    {
        Active = True
        FileName = ./data/dump/AddInfranetBillingRecord_post.dump
    }
    }

5. Pass a CDR file test_77_1.edr to ifw/data/in with 2 usage entries:

    TEL;0049100077;004941067600;20080807184300;300;0;0;NORM;123456
    TEL;0049100077;004941067600;20080808184300;300;0;0;NORM;123456

6. Check ifw/data/dump/MainRating_post.dump and ifw/data/dump/AddInfranetBillingRecord_post.dump.

The RUM_NAME did not get populated in ASSOCIATED_CHARGE_BREAKDOWN and ASSOCIATED_INFRANET_BILLING blocks.
