In customer's production environment, the log level is not set to 3 for space and optimization reasons.

1. Once there is an error, the customer should run the Remote Diagnostic Agent(RDA) to collect information, but what information will be collected when the log level is not set on level 3?

2. Most of the times the customer won't realize the problem on the system, so when should the customer run the RDA?
