Symptoms
When logging into e.g. RDC 4.5.3, then clicking on the Reports tab, when you click on the New Blank Casebook Report and run, the following error message is returned:
Error "No valid report directory is configured for your account. Please contact your help desk".
The same error occurs if you select the New Patient Data Report.
If you grant the DBA role to the user, both reports work fine.
