This problem can occur on any platform.
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 18.104.22.168.0 version, the Customer Center hangs when performing event level adjustment.
Steps To Reproduce:
1) Open any account in Customer Center which is having amount in "Bill in progress".
2) Click on hyper link "Bill in progress" on page Balance, select any item which has balance impact.
3) Select events for adjustment.
4) Select "Adjust Selected Events" in Actions drop down, after this Customer Center gets hanged every time.
